So far Tremolo refuses anything more than a kiss if you're chosen a girl instead of others (don't know if affinity has anything to do with it), unless your girl wants to have a threesome or something.
Because of this, I doubt DPC will make us cheat on a CHICK Jill route.
Like I said in a previous post, I don't think we will meet Bianca enough on a Isabella route and my guess is that it's mandatory to flirt with Bianca during the halloween party (which can only be done on a Jill route as far as I found) to be able to date her/hook up later in the franchise. The guide also states that Bianca will remember that you flirted with her/touched her body, I doubt that will not end in anything.

If you want roleplay advice then go Neutral, make throuple, later break it, have Sage as FWB then cancel it, then go with Jill and be a total fickle lusftful fuckface and destroy it in favour of Bianca.

Both options (Chick Quinn / DIK Jill) are impossible in a normal gameplay without using a console, URM, or cheats. Strict checks here and there and special conditions simply don't allow this to happen.
Your romance with Jill is over in EP7 if you have a DIK aff during the choice "fight for her" or not. Despite you choice it's the end of relationship if you are in DIK zone. Even if you'll manage to pass this check being Neutral, you will never get a DIK aff after, bc you did too much of Chick choices previosly.
Maximum you can get with Jill is a Neutral aff. This way you can do drugs to get an additional content with her, bc it's seems to be a sensitive topic to her (Lana).
Same goes to Quinn, but here it's about the DIK choices in summary, the ones you had to do to stay on her path and the affinity check in EP6. You can't be Neutral or Chick at EP6, and to get the DIK affinity up to EP6 you have to make more of DIK choices than lets you stay at a Chick zone in the end of EP8.
Maximum you can get with Quinn is a Neutrall aff. Here are not a lot of visible changes. Probably nothing, if I remember correclty.

Not, sure if possible, but from what you are describing the only way to work you need to be neutral and one choice away from switching to dik and after getting her pick only dik. I think Neutral is the safest bet, but you can try. Use URM so you dont have to replay large portions and see if it allows you like that.

Most LIs other than these 2 are Affinity agnostic but you can miss out certain girls at certain moments under certain circumstances.
A Chick or Neutral MC will miss Lily if no Blowjob at preps party.
A Dik MC will miss throuple at Episode 4.

Its quite nice narratively, Lily likes nice guys but they shouldn't be judgemental towards her stripping vocation. To get free BJ MC also needs to say I also wanted a free lap dance and is open to have fun with a stripper. A super straight edge Chick might reject her outright.
In that case Chick/Neutral MC misses that opportunity for interaction he is off Lily's radar.
A Dik Manwhore MC fits with her plan of being King Queen with no feelings.
But a Neutral/Chick who isn't judgemental is far more dangerous. For my Lily save that I had before they all got lost it was Neutral. Imo it felt better narratively.

We will see wat happens in ep 11 onwards. Looking at your reasoning which is solid (can't remember if Lily ever admits to it outright that she likes nice guys), we might have a split in her path later on: Just rolling path if you're DIK and a more romantic path if your neutral or even mandatory Chick.
On a different note and I don't know if it has ever been mentioned before: I'm currently using the official guides for all routes. There is a big omission in it that can easily be missed. Usually if a specific choice has an influence on a later scene, it is mentioned at that choice. However I found a choice where that didn't happen and because of that I lost about 1-1.5 hours of play time.
The choice is if you're on the Cathy route, she can give you a blowjob in Bella's car. The guide doesn't warn that if you do that, you cannot choose her path anymore. The guide only says this much later, during the car ride with Isabella.
This is a shame, I would've loved a possible threesome with them.

Lily path is what I await the most, on the other hand Nicole path is showing signs for chick preference.
You get an extra scene with chick affinity. Yet to see what Lily path will bring as Episode 10 was kinda dud other than her telling why she wants to be in medical field.

For all of MGs and the "main" SG it's about it. As for the specific scenes and/or locked/unlocked options in them... there is a bit more:
- EP5 Preps party - to get a scene with Mel & Sarah in front of Heather you need a Huge DIK status;
- EP5 Preps party - dinamic with Lily depending on your affinity before and after preps party. You can get a blowjob for free from her if you're a "nice guy" (Neutral/Chick aff) and you always have to pay if you have a DIK aff at that moment;
- EP7 HOTs party - to get a blowjob from Bekky you need a DIK affinity;
- EP8 rooster cluck by Lily from a Pink Rose and a Throuple path (if you decided to get a Throuple with a DIK affinity). J&M reaction on it and even additional "task" during free-roam in DIKs mansion after;
- Different dinamic with Sage after EP9, according to your affinity and your choice in EP9 (vanilla sex/something more);
Just some points of memory, I'm sure there's much more. Just check any proper guide to find such moments. Not in official, but fan guides, which is focused on every little things and specifics/conditions to get them.
