Handong came back and it was like she was never gone. Right back in the groove in perfect sync with the other members except with a massive increase in confidence and more power and control in her voice. She didn't waste the year she was away.
I was thinking the same exact thing, she was gone for so long but she performs as if she was always here. You could tell she grew.

Ngl I looked at other groups relay and there were quite a lot of moments where they just stand awkwardly when it's not their part.
But I don't see any of that in Dreamcatcher's Relay. All of them are so comfortable and confident in their ability to perform, there's no feeling of awkwardness or nervousness AT ALL. They all know they have something to bring to the table and they did flawlessly.
Yes it’s easy to lose sight of what absolute pros these ladies are. When you can have fun/adlib while still executing flawlessly you know you are at the top of your game. That’s true for any field.

Honestly, I really like their concept. It isn't the generic cutesy, girl crush, bubblegum, im a pretty girl type. Even their music is unique. It always reminds me of Jpop. Maybe a mix of kpop and jpop. Sadly, i guess this is why they're slept on. Its not ur usual kpop concept. On the other hand, it also what makes them distinct from other groups.
